After all these years and many renovations I have finally found a contractor who is trustworthy, fair, an amazing value, responsive and the quality of work is a 10 out of 10. Saved my mom from being exposed to mold after 3 months of being exposed due to the insurance company oversight. Bella helped us get her into a hotel that same day and EVERYTHING we were told would be done was done on time and on budget! There was no downtime. The workers were there every day they said they would be thanks to Bella, our dedicated project lead. Written quotes were given on the spot so there were no delays. Project ran like a well oiled machine. Services were offered with kindness, consideration and compassion. We stopped stressing the day KM started. I will use KM forever and tell everyone I know.Work completed: Emergency mold and asbestos testing, mold remediation in 5 rooms, wall and ceiling reconstruction, exterior leak- breech sealing, new roof, full exterior paint (beautiful). Decent enough work by KM Builders on our driveway and patio pavers, but there were some areas that could use improvement. They started and finished the job on time, and the final result looked pretty good. However, the communication was not as smooth as we would have liked. Sometimes it was difficult to get hold of the project manager to discuss concerns. If they can improve in this area, they'd definitely rate higher in our book.

KM Builders just finished an ADU addition for me and they did a phenomenal job. From the very first meeting they were professional, punctual, kind and laser focused on getting the job done well and not just meeting but exceeding my expectations. When problems arose like delays with inspections (which is typical for certain projects) they worked tirelessly to make sure to resolve them as soon as possible and to keep the project on track.

My experience with this company is so great that I can't recommend enough them! I hired KM BUILDERS to fully remodel my house and they gave me great offer, very competitive price and superb quality. Ken, project manager, was professional, always available, ready to help, completely honest and communication with him was excellent.
